Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and to promote health and wellness. Massage therapy improves functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems and may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness.

Chiropractic Physical Therapy

The treatment of physical dysfunction by the use of therapeutic exercise and the application of modalities intended to restore or facilitate normal function or development. Doctors of Chiropractic are also licensed in physical therapy. Frequently our therapy procedures employ equipment that will assist your body in recovery by reducing inflammation, spasm and reduced range of motion, as well as re-educating muscles that are injured, weakened or imbalanced. These procedures are generally comfortable in their application.

Chiropractic Rehabilitation

Involves the process of restoring the skills, function and self-sufficiency to a person that has been ill, injured or functioning abnormally. The word "Rehabilitation" comes from the Latin "Rehabilitare" meaning to make fit again.
